In BLADERUNNER!, choreographer Julio Cesar Iglesias Ungo brings deceptively real androids to life. Together with the Belgian artist Hans Van den Broeck, he enters a maelstrom-like cosmos of artificiality and once again creates a nightmarish spectacle with powerful imagery: The replicants are still among us - and they optimise themselves: "Hey, you blinded humans! Did you really think we had disappeared? We've come to stay and study human (mis)behaviour very closely - and then take over."
