Das MichaelDouglas Kollektiv widmet sich Kreativität und Austausch. In diesem Zusammenhang werden Künstler:innen und Expert:innen eingeladen, um gemeinsam an einzigartigen Projekten zu arbeiten, die ihre Inspiration in Architektur und Konfliktmediation finden. So entstehen Arbeiten, welche die Leidenschaft des Kollektivs für Tanz und Dialog zum Ausdruck bringen und die sowohl national, als auch international aufgeführt werden.

Zu den Schwerpunkten des Kollektivs gehören die Erforschung kollaborativer Kunstproduktion und die Entwicklung kollektiver Gestaltungsmethoden im Performance-Kontext und den Dialog und Austausch an den Schnittstellen zu Disziplinen wie Kommunikation, Architektur, Soziologie und Konfliktlösung voranzutreiben.
